In 2025, AI has seen applications anywhere from personal time management to making mission-critical decisions in real time. When it comes to job hiring in particular, AI has made a huge splash for both employers and employees alike. In the job market, AI is being actively used to research employers and spruce up cover letters. However, the implementation of AI will also passively create 170 million jobs over the course of the next 10 years. This figure accounts to just shy of 15% of all current employment opportunities as of 2025.

Another unexpected way that AI is shaking up the job market is by reinventing more roles and making them more accessible. For example, a large proportion of the U.S. population with a diagnosed disability may struggle to find work in their current capacity. But by combining AI with workers with a disability, you have now created an additional role in the markets. If this technique is applied to 1% of the entire U.S. population with disabilities, the country’s GDP will be increased by an estimated $25 billion.

Regardless of what type of worker is employed, AI has a way to make everyone’s life easier. Across the board, 61% of surveyed workers said that AI improved their work-life balance and overall wellbeing. Furthermore, 64% said AI opportunities provided them a better pay opportunity and 58% said it lets them do what they do best more often.

Overall, AI has more than enough to offer everyone. For job seekers, employees can have a much healthier and more productive relationship with their job. For employers, adding AI can easily give you more hiring opportunities and enables your workers to be more productive than ever. Regardless of what type of business you’re in, taking advantage of AI can help you future proof your business.
